My name is Saisha (say-sha) (she/they). I’m an Executive Creative Director with 20+ years of cumulative experience in graphic design, art direction, creative direction, leadership and brand building. I specialize in creative problem solving, creative process and fostering teams. I work best at the intersection of strategy and execution — close enough to the brief to know what matters, close enough to the craft to know what's possible. QBP is my current home. Working for a B-Corp certified business in the cycling industry is a dream come true! I believe strongly that nature and movement are the keys to health and happiness, and that everyone deserves access to these things. I serve on the Diversity, Equity and inclusion team at Q and strive to be more inclusive with all that I do.
